One thing I am considering regardless of patent infringement... what the company is worth now and going forward with the new patents.
I am told that their new memory is absolutely sick (poker term meaning good). That new patents should have the company at ~$2/share from where they are now.
So, I will go into these readings with an open mind. Thinking this may already be a good holding in my portfolio. If I do secure a position you may see me posting more on this board, meanwhile I will do my D D and try to come up with some money for a position. I think now is a great entry price.
