I'm not sure. It might be that they declare CBD legal as a supplement immediately followed by a plan for the guidelines and enforcement within 90 days. It might be they have 90 days for a plan and then some time period beyond that to enforce. we'll have to see the language.

something will be in there, just a matter of how aggressive it is. In any event it will be good news from the limbo we are in now.
And I have to believe the newly confirmed FDA director wants to get CBD off his plate and work on "real" problems. IMO the FDA has made a mountain out of a molehill.
