They said it straight up though- no more dilution and series e “lineal” is not authorizing or allowing an increase. You ever hear of credit agreements being made- that’s what will happen- no choice if they want to see anything. They’re capped out and no more shares being issued or diluted- it’s right in their filing- hence is the run up here
