Well, approx 168M + 16M would be 184M. Getting close to what WAS half of the A/S (400M), which is why they needed to increase it.

Still - 184M X today's closing SP(.0045) = $ 814K (approx)market cap.
That's a joke, when the market cap could easily be $10M - $20M. That's a SP of in the neighborhood of $.05 - $.10 - that's based on what they have going on NOW, that we know of. From the sounds of it, there's going to be a lot of really, really good news in the near future, so that SP could easily be much higher.

Based on news so far - this company is lining up the ducks and getting ready for TAKEOFF!

Biggest plus for me? The transparency being exhibited by the CEO.
