I think KNOWING THAT, there WILL BE no cheaper price! THIS PROVES dilution is DONE so people will start loading TOMORROW IMO!

Noteholders can usually only sell a limited portion of their total conversions on any given day. Lately it's looked like 4-8M or so per day. That's why we can be told Monday will be the last day for this noteholder. He already has the shares, but can only sell half (or so) tomorrow and the rest Monday. This CEO is right on top of things - more so than you usually see - meaning he's concerned with price.
