I don’t think the man has lied. I think he counted on things he was dependent on others to do and spoke too soon. He has delivered on a lot and I think in the end he will geter done. He was too ambitious in the beginning. Now he’s more realistic and focused on smaller things at a time. He’s a smart man with a lot of experience especially now that he’s been through it all.
