Actually I thought Scott's answer implied to me that Jasper would be pelletizing the recipe and not just the plastic component portion of the recipe. What good does the plastic pellet do without the conductive component?

That's a very good point Sputnik. I just tried to call ITKG again and I got the voice mail.

If in fact Jasper is only making the plastic pellets without the recipe then there are definitely unanswered questions.

If Jasper only makes non-conductive pellets for ITKG would that not be a FLAG, as ITKG did not imply anything else that I am aware of.

"ITEM 1.01. ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.

On November 29, 2006, Integral Technologies, Inc. ("Integral") announced that it had entered into a Manufacturing Agreement with Jasper Rubber Products, Inc. ("Jasper"), pursuant to which Jasper shall manufacturer (sic) for Integral resin-based conductive, moldable capsules incorporating Integral's ElectriPlast technology. (emphaisis mine - gktignol) The effective date of the agreement was November 22, 2006.:
