If one were to read and comprehend the filing. One would see there was more then one transaction. As spelled out in English. There is a french version also as it was bought by a Quebec corporation in a Quebec court . The law says all court records must be in both languages.

Note that if your case is in the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court or the Federal Court of Appeal, the judge's decision is issued in both languages at the same time
