Hoping for a quality add to the COO position.
Do not want to see any c-suite member assume the COO role in addition to their current role.
Ideally, if a rockstar COO joins the team, it may help make-up for the decline in revenue & lack of action from mgmt in that regard over the last Q.
Additionally, I'm not certain what is going on w/ the Mona's - If they are suing the company or if the company is suing them, or something completely different, but something certainly seems to be going on. I believe you posted some of the court info validating this assumption.
All in all, only time will tell. thx
