ADSV*Key SEC TA Info & Share Structure Update...

There is something very important to note regarding the Transfer Agent (TA), Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company for ADSV that I think all should make sure to understand. First, they continue to provide updates daily of the Outstanding Shares (OS) for ADSV to continue to remain at 411,239,719 shares on a daily basis confirming still zero dilution and that it has been the same over 9 years since March 28, 2010. The last update confirms that the OS is still the same as of Dec 11, 2019:

Second, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company should be trusted and given high credence with their update of the share structure because they are an SEC filing company.

Per the SEC, Section 17A(c) of the 1934 Act requires that Transfer Agents (TAs) be registered with the SEC, or if the transfer agent is a bank, with a bank regulatory agency. TAs must file a Form TA-1 to become a TA, and must submit their fingerprints to the FBI for a criminal records check. It's all listed here within the SEC website below:

Per the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), transfer agents record changes of ownership, maintain the issuer's security holder records, cancel and issue certificates, and distribute dividends. Section 17A(c) of the 1934 Act requires that transfer agents be registered with the SEC, or if the transfer agent is a bank, with a bank regulatory agency. The SEC has promulgated rules and regulations for all registered transfer agents, intended to facilitate the prompt and accurate clearance and settlement of securities transactions and that assure the safeguarding of securities and funds. The rules include minimum performance standards regarding the issuance of new certificates and related recordkeeping and reporting rules, and the prompt and accurate creation of security holder records and the safeguarding of securities and funds. The SEC also conducts inspections of transfer agents. Pursuant to Section 17A(c)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, it is unlawful for a transfer agent to perform any transfer agent function with respect to any qualifying security unless that transfer agent is registered with its appropriate regulatory authority ("ARA"). A list of ARAs is provided within the SEC website below.

Form TA-1/TA-2: The form must be filed with and approved by the appropriate regulatory agency before a transfer agent can perform any transfer agent function for a qualifying security.

Reporting and Recordkeeping: A registered transfer agent must comply with Section 17A of the Act and with the various reporting, recordkeeping, and other requirements in the rules promulgated under Section 17A.

Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is a very legitimate TA and is a registered TA with the SEC which could be verified below as they have on file with the SEC their filed Forms TA-1 and TA-2 filings:
