SNPW~ they are getting 28 million dollars working capital.. they do not need a r/s .. they do not need market money.. that is why they acquired notes prevented further dilution.
when they get that decision they didn't have private company money (HCI 3.1 MILLION DOLLARS), bank loans(8.72 MILLION DOLLARS), government funds(4.6 MILION DOLLARS, NEXT WEEK DECISION ABOUT 12.6 MILLION DOLLARS EXTRA FUNDS).. they have now.. that is why they do not need IN MY HONEST OPINION.
