I've got a boneyard 8 deep of those goose eggs. The first one hit the skids like 12 years ago and it's still on my books with a value less than a trading fee. It would be EXTRAORDINARY to get any compensation for the shares we hold. Simply extraordinary. At this point, it looks like we will. I'm disappointed that our stake is significantly lower than it was to begin with but very pleased at the thought that we may actually have tradeable shares with some value in the not too distant future.
I also agree that a lawsuit is a joke, at least at this point. Could be an option at some point if things don't play according to plan but for now, naw. It seems like management is, for whatever reasons, trying to get some real value for the shareholders and that's a good thing. Wait and see.
