How many SHs own LAHO shares? Each would have to have their own spelling out how many shares they own. Right now there are a 1000 cc preferred detailing a worth of 4B shares of LAHO (4M each?). That would require MSSV to mark the 1000 as null and void and issue individual cc preferred for varying amounts of LAHO shares equal to your personal share amount.
You think MSSV would do that? Actually, that would work for me because I still have some concerns on timing for conversion - Beware! The number of MSSV shares you will get at the time of conversion YOU choose will take a 20% reduction right off the top then the remaining will be divided by the MSSV O/S at the time of conversion. That amount will be equal to the number of MSSV shares you get posted to your account.
Logically, waiting for the O/S to increase into BILLIONS would be in order if you want to get a similar amount of MSSV shares you had with LAHO. Of course, noting that the pps of MSSV shares goes down (logically) as the O/S goes up. Catch 22.
Some posters did calculations in demonstrating this affect. Converting early, far less shares of MSSV equal to far greater loss to each SH converting now...a no-no as I see it...even in consideration of the lack of a dilutive affect on MSSV shares right now (O/S under 15M).
All I really want from this RM is to be a player and to retain my initial investment (with no gain). Personally, I would feel that the result was fair. Now, seeing that my LAHO shares may result in a substantial loss doesn't.
It remains very complicated to ensure all shareholders involved in the Threesome RM start out of the gate equally. All owning sufficient shares equal to their actual investment (no gain) at the time this RM was set in motion, the subsequent LAHO suspension and MSSV SHs brought into the mix.
Even if management tried to figure this out in a fair manner, not everyone at the point of conversion would realize this dream. Our personal PPS to do so can NOT be attained by everyone.
Lets just hope we have the opportunity to do the best we can...we must have MSSV shares in hand. Good luck.
