DS, I don’t see the short term gloom. ... a little more frustration yeah but I think he has at a minimum Bank financing from Vietnam (See photo in #158061 - Vietinbank Quang Nam over flowers as JR is shaking hands). Terms might not be great but better than any dilution of significance. We still don’t know where the 6.5 m of .2299 Aug issued warrants went. IMO, that may still end up in the hands of some willing backer. He tells us 2 m went to Ken Le but not where the rest went or will go. I’d like to know.
