I could be wrong, but it looks like those 2,500,000 shares @ $.02 for IR might have been for Investor Relations. If so, now we see how Proulx is paying for those interviews that keep popping up at various Aussie stock promoting sites. When you're out of cash just start printing more shares. manny and marv taught him well.
