I think it’s no longer good enough for RICHARDSON to say “look, we’re not going out of business, yay”. They actually need to start turning out real business results now. And unfortunately they missed the first set of targets for real results – placements. That then sets back sales expectations. And what really got me was the inability to clearly, very clearly articulate how their tracking usage and ongoing revenue.
