So let me get this straight: Mark is a liar or he's not? People believe Mark when he said that Iconic has nothing to do when finanicals come out but yet call him a liar on other issues? Sounds to me like some want to believe Mark when it suits their fancy. Lol. Now THAT cracks me up! And yet I'm the one that's got problems??? I don't think so.

People here are so heavily shared up that mark can walk on water. What choice do they have?

Never heard him say that, lawsuit is everything to do with fins. More made up stories.

Lawsuit is only way sec would excuse for five years. Just saying obvious.

Maybe he said he could file despite lawsuits, but he would have to place contingent liabilities on released fins,

It sure seems like it on the surface, but I'm thinking there is something here. I'm pissed that Mark and company wanted shareholders, and now that he has us, he refuses to hold up his end of the bargain. Not sure the HUGE difference in the financials being filed, EOY, or in 1st quarter? Nor do we know what/if any "TOP PRIORITIES" still exist. Thank goodness for lowering expectations even further. Haha
