Thats not the only problem here at ELGL. If one was to check the UK Companies House registration for Clarinova one would see that they had 100 British Pounds in their bank account at the end of April 2018 and no reporting since.

Also in the UK Companies House check out a company named Aries Yachting Limited. They used to be called Element Global Finance and Clarinova Global.
Aries was publicly notified just two days ago it will be revoked within two months and all company property and rights will belong to the Crown.

Cant make this stuff up!
