Ummmmm that would mean “paid in full for The Visolis Transaction”. For it to mean any more/less than that would be absurd. If you ask me $4.3 was even low for THAT transaction , but it doesn’t surprise me that the small transaction gets named after the smallest (by far) of the 2 companies forming the JV. It is only in fantasy land that the little brother takes charge and hands out all the candy after Halloween.

The only spin here will be heads when GOOD THINGS ARRIVE


I also find it amusing that anyone could think The Visolis Transaction means anything more than The Visolis Transaction. You see it in pretty much every single NR , deal, motion etc right near the beginning. Where they name a company then shortly thereafter ass something along the lines of (“hereto The Company” ) etc to shorten/simplify rather than constantly type out the name of the company etc. What one never sees is a deal being made by a JV where the only transaction gets named after the much smaller company.
