Until Kevin, the Greenshift CEO, sends the S.E.C. an 8-K which states that they have sold (or given away) the patents to someone else, and until the Appeals Court decides that the Greenshift Corporation can withdraw from the case on the grounds that they don't own the disputed patents any more, then it is the Greenshift Corporation that owns them.
