Are they getting paid if they haven't been formally seated? Maybe Kim is waiting to seat them until he has other pieces in place for the up list? If they currently aren't being paid then this might help explain why they haven't been seated, yet.
Yes, yes, I know, he's an idiot for announcing them before he was ready to seat them. Have a feeling he either changed his timeline due to some sort of delays or choosing a different path than he had originally considered.
If being seated has been delayed to align with the up list and they are not being paid currently, I'm ok with that. Especially OK with the delays overall if they are related to a desire to grow the share price organically before implementing any sort of RS, if necessary, to up list. Still thinking a 1 for 10 is the most likely. We shall see.
