I highly doubt there was drama like "oh jimmy, step over THIS line and I'll quit....step over THIS line and I'll quit...."

actually who knows, coulda been ol lukey advising jimmy get more shares and dump em, investors will buy em, just write another press release.

sigh....well there's still hope when the fed legalizes or the sector turns around we'll get a sympathy bump....or....mike baker lucks out rolls a natural 20 and ambassador works. but most likely we're heading to shutdown after no filings for a few years like CBIS.

James is prolly running the company because taking cash and not shipping a product, I believe that's actual pound-you-in-the-ass prison.
