27:00-30:30 Regulation is finally clarified and bottom line is that its coming by end of year!! SEC admits that they have to do this as the digitization of the plumbing and other aspects of the financial system is already here. Not that its coming but already here! Clayton says if they don’t do this it will simply go around them so now they have to! Its coming boys and by years end!
