This is very simple. According to the press release, one of two things will occur:

(1) Management will sell MSSV common shares for cash in order to fund Lans operations,

or,

(2) Managment will distribute the MSSV common shares to Lans shareholders.


Management will do either (1) or (2) depending on which will create the most value for Lans and its shareholders.

"Management" is of MSSV, and Dave Christensen, is the President of MSSV.


The PR is not vague, it is easy to understand and I do not expect Mr. Christensen to get in the mud and wrestle with all the ballyhooing here. The PR is sufficient. Chill.
