Well few major concerns - one FDA still stipulates CBD is considered illegal.
The amount of PR damage, and or possible litigation isn't worth the risk to a multi-billion dollar company. They have worked very hard through out the decades building a name for themselves. To be honest anything risky and or tarnishing to their projections for investors / branded material is just out of the question.
2 Elev8Hemp needs to prove themselves - we are still an infant company. You and I as small investors see the potential, but big companies hear issues with CBD and the the backlash of purchasing a company that hasn't yet proved to be "VALUABLE". Again, this can seriously damage investor relations, branded name recognition, so on and so forth.
Once it is legal - and big companies are ready for the investment into the sector, this is only when a purchase, acquisition, and or large investment will be deemed worthy.
All in my humble opinion of course.
