Increasing O/S without any sign that the sale of shares was used for business enhancement is a sure-fire way to lose you investment money.
You know of any sign of business enhancement? GSCG doesn't have to sell shares into the A/S...they want to. It is there for a reason as some point out. Until we get a whiff of the 'what for', stay away.
