COMMERCIAL STATUS OF OUR OPERATIONAL COMPANIES (ETELIX & SWISSLINK),

Both companies are performing as we projected, our revenue is around $23
Million on a yearly basis, and with Operating Incomes positives.

REG-A POS QUALIFICATION:

We estimate that SEC could answer us this week with comments, or with a
qualification again.
