I agree and disagree.. first almost any PR is to help the stock price or at least keep it afloat .
The information in the PR was and is very important however and not fluff. It was not explosive and did not send the stock price soaring but it was very important.
I agree with Romans and Bob along with others (Mojo) that the threat of an R/S is killing us.
