Hi Laurie. I agree that in order for IMUN to eventually get to where they want to be, a RS will need to happen. Mainly because that will allow them to have access to better financing from being on a better exchange.

Of course their premise all along is they will uplist while doing a RS, so of course they figure they must have the goods, or will have, at some point in order ti qualify for an uplist.

IMO this is probably why they haven't completed the RS yet. Whatever deals they are working on behind the scenes, whether that be a merger or financing or what have you, has probably been slowed due to the covid economic crisis and so they are waiting on things to work themselves out before making their next move....whatever that may be.
