I'm sure it is trading in the US. When I first bought Storm Cat Energy, it was a Canadian listed stock and the only way I could see current quotes was by looking at the TSX Exchange. I was able to buy in my Etrade account but only saw the closing price each day.
Haven't tried to buy RailPower yet but my guess is it's the same. If you do buy, don't forget to convert the currency into US dollars before you bid.
The ticker symbol is RLPPF and I acquired my position through Ameritrade using that symbol.
...but I beleive youre right, they are only trading on TSX (in Candain Dollars) and the only ting you can see through Atrade is the close price at the end of each trading day. You cant see L2s or BA spreads.
