Excluding last January's run up period from the 2018 tax loss selling, the 2019 low was $2.02 on 7/29/19.

Not likely nearly the investor incentive to sell for a loss this year, imho. Imho it could visit 2 bucks but blink and you'll miss it.

I'll add this is a "News'Driven Stock" so YMMV
