The Super 8-K is also like filing a Form 10 - which means audited financials for the private companies being acquired by GRNF.

Here are the problems - the billion dollar hedge fund doesn't exist and neither does the Costello weed bank - so there won't be any audited financials for those companies.

The Non-binding LOIs for the companies in the press release aren't generating any significant revenue.

But we know that Costello doesn't have a problem lying in a 8-K.

I hope Costello issues a 8-K today because it will be the death knell for the Costello scam.
