Later in your same post you write 20M available shares. Sort of answers your own question, doesn't it?

However, high volume doesn't mean more shares have necessarily been issued so no dilution risk. We know there have been MM's and opportunities to flip this multiple times in a trading session. Those bid ask spreads are rather large. Hence the high volume days.
