Couldn't find anything on dark status. CE requires 10k gap closure, and 3 quarters of reporting, with an attorney's approval. Though they indicate that these requirements are not set in stone by any means. It's worth noting that these filings I believe need to be submitted to the OTC, but so far we have only submitted to SEC.
