#41 RE: PatiencePaysOff79 #40

Who knows. I sold my shares on the AH pop yesterday when I saw the 8K filing about losing another significant portion of the Comcast business. About 32% of revenues last quarter. This will be in addition to the 8% in quarterly revenues going away from the September 8K filing. That hasn't even kicked in yet. Nor has the full extent of the Verizon loss (which was fairly small revenue but very high margin revenue). The problem with SPRT is the fundamentals are going to deteriorate rapidly next year. Comps are going to get ugly, could start showing 50%+ revenue declines and sizable losses vs. healthy year earlier profits. And with yesterday's 8K filing, I think you now have to worry how long til Comcast pulls their remaining business with SPRT.

Already said how I'd play it. Stock should be hot on Monday. Markets are near record highs, so traders could chase SPRT to at least $2.25-$2.50. If it wasn't for the negative news on Comcast yesterday, I think the stock would have spiked up to the $3's. So that's a bummer. Maybe it still will. Markets are bubbly and daytraders probably didn't see the other 8K filing. I think the stock peaks on Monday, then starts to slip back towards $2. As the dividend won't actually be paid til the 26th. Then I think the stock will get another run a couple of days before the payment date. Good luck!
