Yes, sometimes you just need to follow your gut and sit back and wait..they have merged with a number of companies and consolidating all these entities into one system is difficult and time consuming especially when the company probably doesn't have a full time financial/accounting person on board. The moment they hire a full time CFO, it will be a game changer and then you know they are on the way to bigger things.
