man, it shows how much one would know about markets when one thinks that low volume is a bull signal LOL. Low volume means low demand. low demand means no interest. no interest means price cant go up. PRED fits this pattern and nothing else. Time to cut losses which should have been done once got delisted from OTC AT THE LATEST.
