He did not have to execute his options now.

IMO, he probably sees this as a good price because good things might happen if Hudson takes over.

It would be great if the current mgmt and BoD teams just negotiated parachutes with Hudson and left. Most will be gone anyway after the annual meeting.

I sure hope Hudson has already locked up the institutional holders.
