I agree w/u & also because of this as any legally binding contract (deal) would have the date of origin & could not be altered. Neither Steve nor Greg could escape that bit of legality once the deal was filed properly publicly on Edgar as per SEC Rules & Regs. Yet I do appreciate the question & all who participates in answering said as I had expected some might respond the same.

I always lol at the notion that an OTC penny stock company is keeping some “deal” secret...to explain the lack of any disclosure of such “deal”.

The only relevant question right now is “how do you intend to fund your cash needs over the next 6 months to a year....because it won’t be coming from operational cashflow since it is heavily NEGATIVE.”

However, I would not expect either an accurate or adequate answer to such a question.
