Internet security is a burning issue in the US and around the world. SoftSmart 2 has helped Europe with this issue and will no doubt play an increased role in helping the US. It's profitable and perhaps it will take a giant leap in the future and evolve into a greater asset. Cohen taking the lead here has traded his common shares for Preferred ones signaling his confidence in the future.IMO
