I did (only communication ever with Ben) and his response was he would forward my thoughts to Kim.

The way that works is Ben gives a report that 14 shareholders were against a R/S, 12 want a small R/S and 10 said if it’s gonna happen get it over with.
Meaning my correspondence really mean less than a hill of beans. I understand that... one of the reasons I don’t bother.

Yes, I did email Ben. He responded that the message was passed along to Jon. Nothing beyond that.
