Registration a Offering Under the Securities Act of 1933 (1-a) tells me EXXE is legit. One of the functions for this government agency is to protect the investor. To be bold by fabricating assets onto the REG A past this Government Agency is almost impossible. The assets they are reporting are legit in my opinion! That's what will make this company a success. AXXA is so undervalued! Correction will come!
