WHAT R U TALKING ABOUT??? NP is the only person driving this to completion??? So the FDA has nothing to do with this?? So there is no partner involved in the negotiations? There are no lawyers involved in the negotiations? There are no Board members that need to approve the negotiated deal for either party? He is one of MANY PLAYERS!
