Hey there buddy, I was watching a video from Brad kimes the other day he had an interview with one of the guys from kava labs and I believe they're working with ripple and xrp and you might be able to get a loan with your xrp and they put it into like an account like an escrow you get the loan use that money for wherever you want it and then you pay it back and as it turns out I believe it's not a taxable event cuz you never technically sell it
And idea would be like buying an investment property cash or an apartment complex and then let the income from that pay for your loan and you get your xrp back
