It was a miscue by Medico to omit the 165M figure for common shares

Market perception is an area where there is room for improvement in VATE

I agree colts, the 60:1 ratio with the total shares would make good window dressing, because you want to sell stuff. It's all about sales and hundreds of millions sounds sexier than a few million. Maybe Medico needs PR presentation training.
