Boyd Soussana, 10-60242-Cr-WPD, Soussana, an officer of The Estate Vault, Inc., was charged on September 16, 2010 with engaging in a scheme to manipulate the market for his company’s publicly traded common stock. The matter is scheduled for trial December 13, 2010. He took over as ceo of Reliant from Steve Hamilton, I believe.
