The problem has nothing to do with marketing Cannophen or any other product they have prototyped. Art and Jim have no clue how to run a company. Everything that either one of these two absolute idiots have ever touched in their lives has never created any value to shareholders. They both are so out of there league in the realm of OTC. They are both fraudulent conmen at best. Their last chance at one more pump was getting the building. Art had two attempts at it with two separate capital sources both of which were rejected by the underwriters. They are done! With Karl exiting and taking any wind & relationships with him in regards to hopes of marketing and selling Cannophen. Both Jim and Art are broke, don't make a salary from the company and have no means to market let alone sell any prototypes they may had made. This like so many great ideas will just fade from memories. This will go to a no bid shortly, then they will announce anther R/S and then change the name and con the next round of investors.
