Stock is basically flat on news. Most stocks actually sell off on news. This has not sold off at all for the past 6 months.

The move will come with volume first on no news which will gain attention and them news would have a more profound impact


If no one is hawk eyeing this stock why would news of the nature of today cause an influence x of volume.

This will take time for everything to come out and a little buying to pick up setting off scanners.

Unless the news is about pie in the sky revenues or about a reverse merger play people wont instantly pay attention.
