The lower the pps the more shares are acquired in the conversion.

So lets say I loan EVIO $100K

Usually there is a fixed cost and interest so if you look at those notes anywhere between 10-20% of that value is added. We'll say EVIO 'owes' me $110k when they 'repay' the note and we'll say there is a 10% interest rate so P+I is now $120k

I also request a discount on shares. May of these notes are not fixed fee. Most of the discounts are 75% of the LOWEST traded price over the 20 days where I elect to take my conversion.

We'll say lowest is .10 even though now its lower.

Now i get 75% of that when i convert so for my 100k loan i get shares at .075 and I get to be paid back for $120k

$120k/0.075 = 1.6M

So now I get 1.6M shares of EVIO for giving them a $100k loan.

if the lowest price is lower than .10 well i get 75% discount on THAT price. So lets say im able to get my $120k and i still have shares left over AND i have an open note. Well i already took a 20% profit and i will then dump those shares to crash the 'lowest' price to 0.05 so I can convert my NEXT note at 0.5 which would give me shares at 0.0375

Now i can get 3.2M shares of EVIO for the other $100k note. Once THAT note converts I will probably let the price recover quite a bit and maybe back to .10-.15 before I dump THOSE shares. I got them at .035 now so I only have to sell 1.2M shares at .10 to make my money back + 20%. I have made a $40k profit now on my $200k loan in 5 months and now i also have 2 million free shares of EVIO. I can continue to sell or hold for a while and liquidate if i think the stock is going to recover.

So this is why FIXED notes are better because there is a pre-negotiated price. The variable notes freaking destroy us as you can see right now with the price NOW at 9 fucking cents.
