I do not monitor the TMP but i was sent today a copy of a posting by Raul de Solar the remaining director of mdmn. What he revels in the document is very disturbing. Firstly, he says mdmn has stopped paying any bills and has no funds and doesnt seems to indicate any are forthcoming. Secondly, they have not started to resolve removing the restrictions from the auryn shares and no indication that they can or when they might become free for distribution. Thirdly, they do not intend to update the OTC boards and remove the stop signs He says nothing is happening that the shareholders should know. Fourthly he give no indication of what debts mdmn has that are not being paid and how they are going to pay the
SEC attorneys and pay Pacific for the distribution if there ever is to be one.
He does indicate that he will update the shareholders on the web site at some time in the future???????????? Is the big H working or not on the LDM
Watching the auryn trading down to the low 30 cents after a 100 to one rollback even if by some form we do get our auryn shares there does not seem to be much chance of any return.
I am not a happy camper!!!!!
